How to Request a Refund

- We review requests promptly and notify you of approval/denial.
- Approved refunds process to your original payment method in 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- All third-party or affiliate-linked products/services.
- Digital items accessed beyond initial trial.
- Requests after the 14-day window.
Affiliate Link Purchases
Sellers handle all returns, refunds, and disputes for affiliate products. Ignite provides reviews only and assumes no liability for third-party transactions.
